Principals
Phil Potter, PKP and Associates
For the last twenty years, Phil has specialised in the streamlining of Environmental, OHS, Food Safety and Quality Management systems. Benchmarking in business best practice, OHS and business risk management.
Commencing his career as a trainee chemist in the steel industry, he has maintained a diverse range of roles that have included: Production Manager in the Food Industry, Director of a Charity (Camp Breakaway Inc), and Food Safety training in Venezuela and Argentina.
He has worked both in Australia & internationally with over 1000 organizations assisting them to achieve certification to the relevant environmental and/or OHS and/or food safety requirements and/or international quality standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001,45001, and 55001, providing both training and consulting services.

Lawrence Atkinson, Firstwater Business Solutions
Lawrence established Firstwater Business Solutions in 2019 after many years in General Manager/Practice Director positions within three medium-sized professional services firms, along with senior management roles in two major executive search firms.
Prior to these experiences, Lawrence had a 27-year career with Westpac Banking Corporation, which saw him working in such diverse locations as the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Papua New Guinea, and Australia. During this time he was mostly involved in business development and sales roles in international trade, retail, and business banking.
His skills and experiences include marketing and business development, human resource management, finance, quality assurance audit and systems, and technology. Lawrence is a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
